Attractions Industry Human Capital Engagement Workshop

In light of the intense manpower constraints, attractions need to enhance its human capital practices to attract and retain workforce that is equipped with the necessary skillsets and able to leverage technology to optimise productivity. To support the industry, STB co-organised a half-day Attractions Industry Human Capital Engagement Workshop together with its tripartite partners, namely ASA, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), the Attractions, Resorts and Entertainment Union (AREU) and WSG on 28 March 2024 at STB TCube.

Through this half-day session, participants from more than 15 attractions gained insights into the latest human capital practices and support schemes, with a specific focus on talent attraction and retention strategies, job redesign and successful job role examples.
