Design Thinking Masterclass

Association of Singapore Attractions (ASA), with the support from our partner Workforce Singapore (WSG), organised a 2-day workshop "Design Thinking Masterclass" on 6 & 7 July 2017 at the Resorts World Convention Centre. This hands-on workshop focuses on helping individual to deliver the Design Thinking tools and apply them specifically in the context of the organisation's identified challenges.

A total of 14 participants from 5 member attractions gained insight to apply the tools of Design Thinking in an organisation-specific challenger from facilitators, namely Mr Francis Wong and Mr Kevin Cheong. Industry guest speaker, Mr Darrell Metzger also gave first-hand account on his experience on how he introduced new ideas, themes and business models in Asia in the last 40 over years.
