Workshop on Capability Development Roadmap Journey for the Attractions Industry (NTUC x STB x ASA)

ASA is driving a strategic roadmapping project, supported by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) as the lead government agency and National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) as the representing voice for working people in the Attractions industry.

Further to member survey results on ASA roadmap and business model, series of brainstorming sessions; over 20 attractions stakeholders participated in a half-day workshop on Attractions Industry Capability Development Roadmap on 23 July 2021 via Zoom.

The workshop was facilitated by NTUC Training and Transformation using the Operation & Technology Roadmap (OTR) tool to develop strategies to drive the attractions’ business sustainability and growth.

Attractions and resource partners jointly validated the new norms for safe travel in a post-COVID-19 future; identified the industry-level deliverables; defined resources needed to achieve the deliverable such as human capital and talent development needs, technological solutions for productivity improvements.
