World Class Theme Park & Attractions Management

The e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) together with WDA (Workforce Development Agency) and ASA (Association of Singapore Attractions) organized a 2-day Masterclass "World Class Theme Park & Attractions Management" on 21-22 September 2016 at the Mandarin Orchard Hotel. 

25 personnel from our various attractions gained insight to HR strategic planning from Mr Shaun McKeogh, an international industry professional who serves as consultant to theme parks worldwide and on the Committees of IAAPA. Designed with a slew of stories and case studies, the session focused on developing human resources strategic planning that readies an organisation to deliver world class theme park attractions management and also provides insights into the business practices of the industry of fun.
