EXSA 2019

This year, ASA had received nominations from 18 members’ attractions. ASA presented the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) Award to a grand total of 622 Service Champions comprising of awardees in Silver Award Category – 323, Gold Award Category – 164 and Star Award Category – 135. A total of 20 development workshops were conducted between August to October 2019.

The award with the highest recognition, the EXSA SuperStar Award was conferred to Mr Wong Choon Hui Damian from Wildlife Reserves Singapore. It marks the 25th year anniversary of the prestigious award. As part of the celebration, talents from member attractions were invited onstage to perform for the crowd. Mr Luqmaanul-Hakeem Bin Arrifin & Mr Saiful Azzam Bin Salleh from Wildlife Reserves Singapore and Ms Maria Amedo from Snow City charmed the audiences with their splendid control of vocals.
