With the relentless effort of our ASA EXSA liaison colleagues in honoring our service champions, ASA reached a milestone record of 1,008 award recipients from 24 attractions/ organisations, 11 Superstar nominees and 12 Service Excellence Commendation Award Nominees for ASA EXSA 2024. We recognised and conferred the Awards to 363 unsung heroes in Silver award category, 299 in Gold award and 346 in Star award category. Nominees bonded over 35 training development workshops.

In its 3rd year, ASA collaborated with our educational partner, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) to confer the ASA Service Excellence Commendation Award to 12 interns who have demonstrated admirable service excellence, attitude and commitment during their internship at 10 ASA member attractions from a pool of 176 interns.

A total of 11 entries was received for the EXSA 2024 Superstar Award. Mr Muhammad Nurhisyam Bin Mahmood from Madame Tussauds Singapore emerged as the Winner for the coveted accolade at the presentation ceremony.

The other 4 finalists were:

• Mr Vicknan S/O Vijaya Kumar, Singapore Discovery Centre by DCS
• Ms Fadilah Binte Mansor, Gardens by the Bay
• Mr Alvin Wong Kok Jian, Universal Studios Singapore
• Ms Navinah Palaniappan, Sentosa Development Corporation

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of EXSA, besides fringe activities, attendees and superstar finalists were pampered with door gifts and star gifts respectively.
